Highest level of residential service I've ever received from a contractor. I started my whole home heat pump journey with a list of 50+ contractors and there's a reason why I ended up with Control Point. This has been a months-long process and I couldn't be happier with the results. Nothing about my system was simple and Dan P. worked with me for weeks to ensure he was quoting everything exactly to my expectations. Super thorough, very knowledgeable, and constantly working outside of normal business hours to get me what I needed. Entire install team was excellent and treated my home with the utmost respect. Fredy and James did an extremely tidy installation and made sure to consult me on location, placement, and preference as they worked. Dylan – Install Manager – figured out all the bugs and got my Ecobee thermostats working seamlessly. Special shout-outs to Josh – Master Electrician, Rob – Master Plumber, and Sadie. I know Josh is new, but man, what a find. It's extremely clear how much he cares about his craft. Rob and Sadie made light work of a new heat pump hot water heater installation and removal of the old oil system. Lastly, thanks to the office staff (Angela and Margo) for handling my emails and all the HEAT Loan paperwork. The transparency and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations.

This is my second time using Control Point Mechanical. This time I needed their plumbing work, and Kenny and Angel were excellent. I will definitely use them in the future, as the company is one-stop shopping.

I had solar water heater lines that needed to be relocated into the framing to clear the cathedral ceiling we want. My project plumber was not comfortable with the task, so after many calls to many places (apparently no one wants to do this), I connected with Control Point. Rob did an excellent job and exceeded expectations.

Rob was awesome during his review of our current plumbing setup. It's a very complicated system (done DIY by the previous owners), and Rob took time to explain all the inner workings as well as what "best practice" should look like. His explanations gave me peace of mind.
