Lauren V.

Service Manager

With over 10 years in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical industry, Lauren is passionate about shaping the customer experience through her commitment to strong systems, skilled teams, and compassionate leadership.  Having worked in every role from Customer Service to Director of Operations for a prior company, she brings streamlined individual processes and big picture strategic vision to her role at Control Point.  In addition to her work here, Lauren is co-founder and Executive Board Member of LadyTitans, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and uniting women in the trades through education, advocacy, and mentorship.

Outside of work, Lauren spends her time attending endless sports games and cheer competitions for her 3 kids, Joshua, Jack, and Nora, spoiling their cherished pitbull/husky mix, Tucker, and seeing as much live music as possible.
