Kaiya Boland Lupo is the proud and experienced Chief Cuteness Officer at Control Point Heating • Cooling • Plumbing • Electric. Kaiya loves spending time with her Mom and Dad, Nick and Danielle, as well as time with her friends Lulu and Bella. When she isn’t in the office, Kaiya can be found visiting her grandparents in Wells, Maine, or running in the woods, chasing squirrels and birds, and playing with squeaky toys and balls. She also accepts treats—if you ever visit the office!
