Margo came to Control Point with over nine years of customer service experience. She spent years in education, as a preschool teacher, where she gained loads of patience and creativity. Margo also has extensive relationship management experience from roles she served in while getting her bachelors at Springfield College.
Margo spends her free time with friends and family, who are her biggest supporters. She loves going to concerts, spending time at the beach, traveling, and baking delicious treats.
