Client Care Specialist

Ethan joins the Control Point team specializing in customer service and computer skills, with nearly a decade’s worth of experience in both fields. He’s determined to deliver the best experience possible to each and every customer. Ethan graduated from college in early 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Communication and is working on his Master’s in Business. He has two dogs at home: 11-year-old Baxter and 13-year-old Merlot. By day, he’s a Client Care Specialist, but by night, he’s a digital musician and Formula 1 fan. Go Max!
