Nick began his career in HVAC after being discharged from the Navy. He served four years as a Submarine Repair Technician during Operation Desert Shield. After leaving the Navy, Nick studied Advanced Thermodynamics and HVAC Design at San Diego City College.
During his career in HVAC, Nick gained experience as an Install Technician, Commercial Service Technician, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. He started his own company in 2007, bringing his vision of an amazing work culture and a rock-solid team of professionals into reality.
Since starting the company, Nick has developed a stellar reputation and positioned Control Point Heating • Cooling • Plumbing as a leader in the HVAC services space. Nick and his team were awarded Contractor of the Year in 2019 by the National Comfort Institute, designating Control Point as one of the best HVAC companies in the country.
Danielle is the Director of Strategy and Business Operations. After several years in a personal relationship together, Danielle and Nick realized they each had unique strengths and that joining forces professionally could benefit everyone. Danielle joined the CPM team in January 2023. Her background is in sales and leadership training, customer success, high-tech sales, and small business ownership.
Danielle enjoys leading teams and supporting employees in their personal and professional development as well as making sure customers receive the absolute best experience from start to finish. She loves spending time with her eight nieces and nephews and the rest of her family.
Danielle and Nick both enjoy being with their large families as well as mountain biking, hiking, and spending time in nature with their dog Kaiya. Danielle and Nick are not only passionate about their own continued growth but also about helping others grow mentally, physically, and spiritually.
