Heating Tune-Up
- Thoroughly clean and inspect unit and all working parts.
- Inspect all surrounding equipment, filters, and air flow.
- Test temperature and calibrate thermostat.
- Inspect and tighten all connections on heating system.
- Inspect and check heat exchanger for cracks or damage.
- Complete and review inspection checklist for furnace and/or heat pump.
- Carbon monoxide safety inspection.
Cooling Tune-Up
- Thoroughly clean and inspect unit and all working parts.
- Inspect surrounding equipment, filters and air flow.
- Test temperature and calibrate thermostat.
- Inspect and tighten all connections on A/C system.
- Lubricate mechanical components on A/C system.
- Complete and review inspection checklist for A/C system.

- Complete and review inspection checklist for water heater.
Electrical Inspection*
- Comprehensive check to ensure safety and compliance of all electrical components.
